What is EasyKeyzPiano?

I would like to know your rule on the following: when playing with a bass player, (as you're playing in so called "keyboard range"), is the root note ever your lowest note in your left hand chords, or do you exclusively play rootless left hand chords?
With a bass player, its usually a combination of both root as well as rootless voicings depending on the dynamics of the song or groove played. The main thing for me especially with a good bass player is to avoid chords at low ranges/octaves so as not to sound mushy or clash with the bass player. Because even nice rootless chord voicings wouldn’t sound pretty at those ranges. Except am using softer sounds like pads, strings, etc.
I have a good knowledge of passing chords but really do not know how and when to apply them to regular songs, please help?
Between any two chords, a passing chord could be inserted. Start by practicing simple 2-5-1s and inserting a passing chord in-between the 2 and 5 or the 5 and 1. Practice this often and over time passing chords would become muscle memory for you. Then you can also apply same in 7-3-6s, 5-4-1s, 3-6-2s, etc.
How do I know what scales to add to my chord progression?
Firstly chords are derived from scales and not vice versa. Thus every chord you play is derived from a scale. Eg, the C Major chord can be derived from the CMajor scale or the A minor scale. Knowing this, you can insert either of these two scales or create licks from them to add to your chord progression.
How long do I have to practice to be able to play fast or with speed?
Focus on accuracy, not speed. Speed is the direct result of accuracy over a period of time.
How can I reharmonize the songs I play to sound advanced and richer when I play?
Reharmonization is hinged on the melody of the song your playing. Thus you reharmonize – choose different chords – based on the dictates of the melody of the song your playing. This gives your reharmonization some context so as not to sound ambiguous. Experiment different chords based on this concept.
